An Online Service of Worship
for Epiphany Sunday, January 2.
We will celebrate Holy Communion; please have bread and juice available
for those in your household, if you wish to participate.

Simply move down through the various parts of the service,
ignoring the video recommendations that YouTube posts

at the end of each video.

1. We Three Kings of Orient are,
Bearing gifts we traverse afar,
Field and fountain, Moor and mountain,
Following yonder Star.

O Star of Wonder,
Westward leading, Still proceeding,
Guide us to Thy perfect Light.

2. Born a Kɪɴɢ on Bethlehem plain,
Gᴏʟᴅ I bring to crown Him again,
King for ever, Ceasing never
Over us all to reign. O Star, &c.

3. Fʀᴀɴᴋɪɴᴄᴇɴꜱᴇ to offer have I,
Incense owns a Deity nigh:
Prayer and praising All men raising,
Worship Him Gᴏᴅ on High. O Star, &c.

4. Mʏʀʀʜ is mine; its bitter perfume
Breathes a life of gathering gloom;—
Sorrowing, sighing, Bleeding, dying,
Sealed in the stone-cold tomb. O Star, &c.

5. Glorious now behold Him arise,
Kɪɴɢ, and Gᴏᴅ, and Sᴀᴄʀɪꜰɪᴄᴇ;
Heav’n sings Hallelujah:
Hallelujah the earth replies. O Star, &c.

Michael Pinnella presents one of his favorite carols, “Love Has Come.” Words by Ken BibleMusic: French Carol Melody

The First Noel the angel did say
Was to certain poor shepherds in fields as they lay;
In fields as they lay, keeping their sheep,
On a cold winter’s night that was so deep.

Noel, Noel, Noel, Noel,
Born is the King of Israel.

They looked up and saw a star
Shining in the east beyond them far,
And to the earth it gave great light,
And so it continued both day and night. Noel…

And by the light of that same star
Three wise men came from country far;
To seek for a king was their intent,
And to follow the star wherever it went. Noel…

This star drew nigh to the northwest,
O’er Bethlehem it took it rest,
And there it did both stop and stay
Right over the place where Jesus lay. Noel…

Then let us all with one accord
Sing praises to our heavenly Lord;
That hath made heaven and earth of naught,
And with his blood mankind hath bought. Noel..
