Our beloved ancestors do much more than merely watch over us. They’re not in some heavenly “treehouse in the sky,” looking down on us; that sounds so ineffectual! Instead, they are within us, for their bodies have broken the handicap that encapsulated their souls. Their souls are free to come to us in their loving presence of our own souls. They will give us insight as we need it. But we must become quiet and wait for their presence and their wisdom within, in the silence.
