Sink beneath the chaos of broadcast news do that quiet place within. you.  Wait inside till earth’s daily wonders touch you:  the Sun rising faithfully each day, doing so for another $250 million years;  the unrelenting phases of the Moon, the sounds of birds that punctuate the silence with their joy, the silence that permeates everything. This is the place where the flow of the nine fruits of the spirit: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control. Memorize these nine fruits and repeat that slowly throughout your day, especially at moments  of transitions in your day: stop… jot down a few simple notes in a digital document or journal. How is it going for you in the movement of your day? These brief stops can alter your consciousness of what’s truly important for you as you live your life every day, every moment. Stopping will be a great help in reducing negative feelings such as fear and  anger and other related emotions that surge upward from fear and anger.
